Another quick update

Hello Everyone!
We apologize it has been a few weeks since we have had an update. We are still waiting on the rest of the pins since there have been some delays due to Covid. We did receive the rest of the Cartouche designs (enamel pins), yay! So far, that is the only complete set we received, besides the freebie pins.
The pin manufacturer we are working with uses another manufacturer for the enameling (the gold plating) and that manufacturer has been doing a bad job! They switched manufacturers and asked them to do our order first, but we won’t receive another package until after next Friday, and then two weeks after that. We told them we need them for sure beginning July since we have a convention at the end of July and we want to catch up on packaging and shipping. We will see what happens.
We feel so bad only about 25% of you received your packages so far! We should have had all of the pins back in April, but the quality was all B-Grade or worse! We want to send you all the nicest pins, you deserve it! We will have a huge B-grade sale when we launch our website, which will happen after we receive the rest of the pins and ship out all your orders. Large Hair Pins will now be limited edition! We may still be able to make more of the Littles as hair pins, but we will only order a few at a time next time.
Sorry for the bad news. We have been doing everything we can around this project with what we have received. We are working on several new series, which we will get produced from a different manufacturer. We just won’t be able to make hair pins. We may try again in the future though, after all this is settled.

Quick Shipping Update

Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to do a quick update on where we are with shipping your packages. We were able to ship about 25% of the orders with what we have in stock, but the much larger orders are waiting for some of the pin designs (like Large Isis, Wadjet, Nekhbet, and Horus just to name a few). We apologize for the wait! Good news is, we will be recevieing some more pins this week and more next week. We will continue to ship out more orders soon!
Some of you received your orders already and we are so glad you are liking the items so far! We would love to hear your feedback and to see unpacking videos as well as you all sporting/displaying your pins :) Please tag us on insta if you can, we would really appreciate it!
As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need to update your address in the meantime.

Packing Video!

Hello Everyone!
We are able to ship about 50-75 orders so far with what we have in stock! Yay! Here is a packing video we posted on TikTok of Chris M’s Anubis order, the first order we packaged :)
Please let us know if you are receiving your tracking numbers. We attached the email on file to the tracking numbers and you should get an email from us (BottiVingelo) through GoShippo or Shippo (the shipping service website we use). The tracking is also updated on Backerkit so you can check it out on your account as well.
We will keep you all updated as we receive more items and ship out more packages!

Adresses will Lock in 48 Hours!

Hello Everyone!
Backing Cards!
We have received our backing cards! They came out so beautiful and we are so excited for you all to see them in person!
We are going to start shipping! We have not received the business cards yet but our information is on the backing cards and we want to start sending orders, so some of the first orders will not have a business card. It just has our social media and future website (bvenamelart.com) information but I think most of you are already following us!
Addresses will Lock in 48 Hours!
We have requested to lock addresses in Backerkit, so you have 48 hours to make any changes to your address. Please message us right away if anything changes after that and we may be able to change your address manually if we have not shipped your items yet.
We will be shipping what we have in stock while we wait for the rest of the pins. That means smaller orders are going out first. If you got any complete sets of items (besides just stickers), your shipment will be going out in about 2-3 weeks. We are sorry for the delay but we had to reorder a few items that were not up to our standards!
We hope this is happy news for everyone! We will be posting packaging videos on our insta and tiktok after the 48 hours (so around Monday) and will maybe do another update with some more videos!

Backing Cards and Other Updates!

Hello Everyone!
Sorry it has been over a week, but nothing really happened until now!
Backing Cards
Some of the backing cards have finally shipped and we should receive them by this weekend! 5 boxes worth! It may have taken longer since we did ask the printing company to double check before shipping since we did not want any issues with the prints this time (Ma'at Thank You card had splotches and they found out they used the wrong cleaner in the machines! Prints have been replaced and look so much better!). We would rather have less mistakes even it takes a little longer...
Ma'at Thank You post card looks good!
We are still waiting on two other orders (including our new business cards!). We will keep you updated as we receive the items :)
Enamel Pins
The next order of pins will come in about two weeks and the rest by the end of the month. We had a LOT of designs and a few didn’t come out the quality we wanted. Luckily, the manufacturer is replacing those pins and we asked them to take their time this time. We want all of you who ordered complete sets to have the nicest sets possible! We are very adamant about consistency!
Shipping
Most pins looked really nice, so we will be able to ship out a lot of the orders as soon as we receive the printed materials. We will send a 48 hour notice for shipping address updates before we lock them and send another update through Kickstarter. You can always contact us to manually change your address if you have not received a tracking number yet. Your package will be finalized once you receive the tracking number in your email!
Backerkit Surveys
There are still 5 people who did not fill out the Backerkit Surveys to choose their items/update their address! We have made multiple attempts to contact these 5 people through Kickstarter, Backerkit, and by email. If your initials are KC, CW, CPN, LT (or LHT), and RR (or RMR) please contact us right away! If your survey isn't completed by end of May your pledge will be considered a donation!

We don’t want to launch the website or take on any more orders until we have all of the pins/backing cards/prints and all orders shipped to everyone! We want to focus on all of you first!
