Egyptian White Lotus Enamel Pin and Hair Pin Series

Hello Everyone!

We can't believe there are only a few hours left for our first kickstarter project! It has been incredible and you all have been so amazing!

Here is a timeline for what is happening next:

We took the advice of Backerkit and are not sending out Surveys and opening the Add-ons shop until after the first two weeks. This is actually nice since we now have two more weeks to add all items and pictures to all the items to make it easier to see what you are getting!

We will be adding more artwork! The pin designs will now also be prints; 8"x10" matted or 5"x7" Postcards with metallic finishes! Here are some examples (we are still working on the other backgrounds):

These will be available as add-ons in Backerkit once it opens up on February 22nd: 8"x10" matted Prints will be 1 for $25, 2 for $45, 4 for $80; 5"x7" Postcards will be 1 for $10 and 5 for $40. I hope you all enjoy the designs :)

We are also still working on a freebie post card/thank you card that will be included in you packages! We will reveal the design later when it is finished.

P.S. We already ordered the Freebie pins and stickers to receive them faster! We are trying to get ahead of everything and we want to send out orders as soon as we can. We expect to receive these in about 6 weeks but will keep you all updated :)

Hello Everyone!

All Freebie options are unlocked, YAY! We also upgraded the size of the enamel pin freebies to 1.5" to preserve the face details :) 

You can potentially get 4 free stickers and 3 free enamel pins! We are also coming up with a free postcard-size art print/Thank You card. This will also be Free for all backers and have metallic details!

Hello Everyone!

We have just over two days to go and are almost to our next freebie stretch goal! 

We decided, upon popular request, to make the freebies available as hair pins as well as enamel pins! You will have the option in the survey to choose which one you would like and which direction it faces. These will also be available as additional add-ons.

We are still working on the images of the Bastet and White Lotus but I wanted to share a quick video of Bastet in the hair! Here is the final product fully realized!

We will leave Backerkit surveys open until March 1st! You will have until that time to add more items and to submit surveys and additional payment (I think you still have to make the initial pledge payment with Kickstarter within 7 days after the end of the campaign). 

This will not effect production time as we are currently working on ordering the next set of pins. We just wanted to wait until we received Bastet and White Lotus to make sure they were exactly how we wanted them. They exceeded our expectations! It took about 6 weeks to receive the first order so expect about 8-10 weeks for you to receive you orders if you are getting a lot of items. As soon as we receive the freebie enamel pins and hair pins we can start shipping out smaller orders. 

It was also brought to our attention that we forgot to add the Alternate Lotus Enamel Pins and Hair Pins as an option. We will be updating that tonight and should have it up by tomorrow and as an option on the ending survey :)

Hi Everyone!

We received some of the enamel pins and hair pins we ordered for this project!

I can't believe they all came out so beautiful and shiny and perfect! We also received the Lotus hair pins today and will share the photos/videos tomorrow (we want to take pics in the hair). 

We are so excited how this project is turning out and that the quality on every item is so nice! We did decide for the next batch to switch enamel pin backings to gold metal clutches instead of black rubber ones. We have had problems with these backings falling off and losing pins on our jackets :( We ordered extra gold backings to replace all of these ones. A small setback but you live and you learn! If you prefer the black rubber backings we can provide both. Just message us or mention it in Backerkit and we will ship them with your order (until we run out, but we have a lot...)

We will also be launching Backerkit tomorrow and surveys will be sent out around February 7th. Surveys will lock on February 22nd (so no more add-ons, payments or changes can be made, except for your address).

We are so excited you are all a part of this with us and we are so excited to receive the next batch of pins and to ship them out to all of you :)

New Freebie Stretch Goal!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Hope you all had a great weekend :) We came up with another freebie pin stretch goal! Let's see if we can get there in the next 5 days!

We were also working on adding all of our many options to Backerkit so it should be super easy to choose the items you are pledging for in the end-of campaign survey. You will also have more time to pay for additional items (if you decide to later add anything on top of your initial pledges). We were thinking of leaving Backerkit open until at lest February 20th. Please let us know if you need more time!

We also ordered a custom tissue paper to wrap up all of your goodies! We should be receiving it on Wednesday, in time to share pics with everyone! Fingers crossed it looks good :) Here is an approx. 5"x4" sample of the design:

We wanted it to be subtle and to be able to go with everything so we went for black ink on black paper. We have been working on our branding a lot lately and I think this will help! We are also making custom stickers and business cards for this project. We hope you will enjoy receiving your items and opening your packages :)
