Hello Everyone!

Cleopatra

We are at 95% of our goal on Backerkit, which is very close! We appreciate all of you so much, so we will be unlocking the freebies at this point :) Every order will receive a free Cleopatra sticker Yay! All orders over $100 will also be receiving the Cleopatra pin, double Yay! We have hair pin options also, so please message on Kickstarter if you prefer a hair pin and we will make a note on your Backerkit order. Otherwise, you will automatically receive an enamel pin. No surveys necessary :)

Backerkit

We are going through Backerkit and messaging some of you (about 20 backers). We noticed that some of the issues are not that the survey is not done, but that the address or phone number is incomplete. We will message on Kickstarter just in case the email is the problem also. You may have received a reminder and disregarded it if you filled out the survey already. Please double check address, phone number, and payment method! Orders will be locked and cards charged some time tomorrow.

Hello Everyone!

Backerkit Update

We are at about 90% to our stretch goal to unlocking the Cleopatra Freebies! We will see what happens in the next few days. We have been advertising on our social media and have gotten a few more pre-orders, which is amazing! Fingers crossed

Reminder Emails Sent!

We sent reminder emails to those of you who have not filled out the survey yet. So far it is just 26 backers. If you did not receive the survey or reminder email, please let us know right away! You have until April 19th to fill them out and we would like to lock surveys on April 20th before we charge those of you who have not paid for add-ons yet. Some of you pre-paid through Paypal so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Payment Method

We don’t want further delays, so please make sure payment information is up to date. From my understanding, Backerkit works like Kickstarter and we won’t receive the money until it is all collected for a week or two. The transaction goes through Stripe. You can still switch your card and payment method until April 19th. Please contact us if you are having trouble with this and we will be glad to help :)

Address Updates

Please double check to make sure your address is correct, including any apartment numbers. For some reason, 1 out of 3 people forget to give us their apartment numbers! It may also accidentally not show up when you auto fill or may auto-fill an old address, which has happened to me a few times. That is why we stress this a lot! Please make sure your final address is updated by April 20th and message us right away if you need to change it. If we have not shipped yet, we can still fix it manually, but the sooner you contact us the better!

Production Update

We have been so excited about receiving so many packages! We have been posting a lot of videos and photos on our Instagram and Tiktok as we go. We are still receiving pins and going through them to make sure they are the quality we want. There are a couple of mistakes, which is bound to happen when you order so many designs, but the production company is working with us to fix them by the end of the month. We can still start shipping most of the orders once we receive the backing cards. They are still in production and will take about another week or so to get to us. That gives us plenty of time to go through all the pins and prepare for shipping!

Shipping

You will know your package shipped by a confirmation email. Make sure the email address you have on file is one you check often since that is the one we will be using. There will be tracking information for all packages since it is automatic with USPS and UPS, which are usually the carriers with the best rates. Tracking will update after we drop off packages, so wait a day or two for it to update. We will also make an update when we start shipping so you know to keep an eye out for your confirmation email. This will hopefully happen in the next two weeks!

Funny story, we just received pins we backed from another creator on a Kickstarter that ended in January, so it seems our timing is on par with other pin makers! This is a long process that we are still getting used to. Hopefully we can figure out a way to make our next project much more streamlined, or maybe learn to be more patient >_<

Backerkit, Pin Production, and Coloring Contest!

Hello Everyone!

Backerkit Update

We are 85% of the way to unlocking the freebie Cleopatra items! We still have two weeks to go before we lock orders and charge cards that haven’t been charged yet. Backerkit Surveys are 92% complete and reminders will be sent out around April 16th to those of you who have not filled them out by then. If you are having any issues completing the survey, please contact us right away!

Pin Production Update

We should have our first order of pins to show everyone soon! Shipping is super fast, but our packages are held up at customs. Once this is cleared, we shouldn’t have this customs problem again, hopefully! As we receive the pins, we will be taking photos and videos and posting them on our social media: facebook, Instagram, and now tictok! Please follow us to see our latest updates :) Thank you to all who are already following us and for all of your amazing comments, we appreciate you so much!

Coloring Contest? Yes, Please!

We are holding a coloring/drawing contest on our Instagram for our Anubis coloring page! Please check out the rules on our latest Instagram post. The prize is an Anubis pin and sticker but if you win you can choose any pin/sticker you like. There are three chances to win and possibly more if we like more. Contest ends May 5th. Good luck!

Backerkit Survey Update!

Hello Eveyone!

Backerkit Surveys 88% Complete!

I just wanted to create an update that would (hopefully) clarify a few things about the Backerkit survey regarding the freebie items :) This is for anyone, even if you already filled out the survey, so please read!

There is a question on the survey that asks about the freebie items you qualify for. This question shows up randomly for some reason and not necessarily at the beginning or end of the survey! When filling out this question please take into consideration your initial pledge + shipping + anything you may add later in the pre-order store. 

We will be double checking all qualifications when shipping your packages and contacting you if we feel the questions were not filled out properly. We don't want any delays so please fill out accurately and contact us to help you change the answers ahead of time if you feel you made a mistake! We want to make sure everyone gets the correct rewards and freebies and we don't want you to miss out on anything :)

The questions have drop down menu options for three questions: Total Pledge over $40, Total Pledge over $50, and Total Pledge over $75. Please choose an answer for each question with the specific item you want, or choose the answer that says "Did not pledge over...." if you will not qualify for that particular freebie. All pledges will automatically get the freebie stickers so no need to worry about those! The questions are just if you qualify for a free enamel pin/ hair pin and to choose which you prefer.

Regarding the Free Cleopatra Pin/Sticker

We are 80% of the way to unlocking the free Cleopatra design! We ordered the pins and stickers ahead of time so that we will receive them by end of April and so there will be less delays in shipments over $100. The pins and stickers will also be available on our future website if they become unlocked as freebies or not, but we hope they get unlocked soon! If they do, we will figure out a way to let you choose an enamel pin or hair pin as your freebie option :)

Please contact us if you have any questions or need help filling out the survey. We can even restart it for you or make a note on your account if you need to change something.
